What is sound healing? Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly. Deep relaxation is the most noticeable and significant benefit of sound healing, followed by an energetic deep tissue massage effect caused by the sound vibrations that open, clear, and balance the chakras, while releasing stuck energy. Sound therapy supports our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling balanced and refreshed.

Need restorative energy now but can’t make it to an in-person session? Sign up for a remote reiki healing session. Reiki is not limited by time or space and one need not be present physically to receive healing energy. The same benefits are derived no matter your location. Exchange is $80.
